Red River Outpost (RRO), with Red River Gorge Discovery Zone (RRGDZ), presents Wellness Weekend. There will be five activities offered for kids and their families: kids will learn about the chemical/physical changes in baking and will get to make bread (zucchini or banana) for their Mom; all will tour the RRO farm; all over age of 13 will go on a walk and find edibles; kids will decorate flower pots and garden stakes and plant herbs to take to Mom; all will learn about the eight laws of health.
