• January, February, and March (Quarter 1)
• April, May, and June (Quarter 2)
• July, August, and September (Quarter 3)
• October, November, and December (Quarter 4)

After approval, your update will take place the following quarter after submission.

Example: You submit an update on July 20th (Quarter 3) you can expect to see the changes made within the first two weeks of October (Quarter 4)
